Karsten og Petra – Christmas
Synopsis
Karsten and Petra is looking forward to Christmas, but where is the snow?
Petra decides to write to Santa Claus. She wants both snow and a toboggan, and that Santa will finally take the time to properly visit.
We follow the two friends through Advent. They learn about Christmas and all the nice traditions that follow. They’re also awaiting Bassas puppies which will arrive soon. Everything is set for the proper Christmas spirit and a wonderful celebration. In kindergarten they learn carols and make Christmas decorations.
When Esther suggest Grampa celebrates Christmas with her and her sister at the cabin, Petra is no longer looking forward to Christmas. She wants to celebrate Christmas with Grampa as she always does.
Karsten comforts her, and with the use of Miss Rabbits’ Christmas spirit song, they decide to make the best Christmas spirit ever so it will be impossible for Grampa to travel to Esthers cabin.
The snow has yet to arrive, but when there are 6 slots left in the Advent calendar Karsten and Petra managed to convince both Grampa and Esther to celebrate Christmas at home by providing the best ever Christmas spirit. The joy is unfortunately short-lived as Esthers sister injuries her foot, and they still have to go to the cabin.
Petra writes another letter to Santa Claus, can anyone help it must be him.
On Christmas morning the snow lies like a blanket when they wake. Maybe Santa Claus got Petras letter, so they gets the Christmas celebrations they’re really hoping for?
